A real SNES game!
Instead of making a snes styled game for Super Nintendo Style Graphics Jam #2, we decided to make a REAL SNES game. Maybe even playable on real hardware. We made the art, the code and the music. All original.
The game isn't completely finished, there will be made some changes after the jam is over.

How to play in Browser?
It plays best on Google Chrome for desktop or mobile. You can modify the controls as you wish in the bottom left corner of the game.
The standard buttons are the
- arrow keys: D-Pad (to move)
- Z: A (Jump)
- X: B (Shoot)
How to play on Emulator?
Download a emulator of your choice, for example https://mesen.ca/. Put the rom inside and play.

how do i fight the boss do i just shoot him?
Yes, it needs 3 hits to beat him but shooting him is kinda difficult because of his movement.
This looks really cool! I only played a little bit of it so far. But, I'm really curious how you went about making an actual SNES game. I'd love to try this myself.
